We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process for our customers.
 
Cancellations
•24+ hours before booking: Full refund.
•Within 24 hours of booking: 50% refund may apply.
•No-shows: No refund if the passenger fails to arrive.
 
Service Issues
 
If we fail to provide the booked service, a full refund will be issued.
 
How to Request a Refund
 
Email hire@transport24x7.uk with your booking reference within 7 days of your journey. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
